Mr. Kachhadia has a fundamental role in leading operations, quality, and compliance at Kalintis Healthcare. His extensive background in API R&D, Pilot Scale Studies/Development, Technology Transfer, Process Validation, and Clean Chemistry ideally places him in a centralized role with the company. He has been involved in the pharmaceutical industry for over 22 years with deep roots in all aspects of the business from operational management to synthesis. His expertise and passion are for developing novel and patentable synthetic routes for API’s & Pharmaceutical Intermediates.

Mr. Kachhadia started his professional career with Lupin from 1994 to 2016, where he was the pivotal R&D lead.

He has a Master degree in Organic chemistry & M.S in Pharmaceutical Operation & Management Degree from Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), University, Pilani-India.
